What is Recipe Analysis and How it Helps Your Health?
About

Research suggests that recipe nutrition analysis is effective in building a positive human relationship with food, which aids our mission to spread the word about mindful health and nutrition practices.

Why should you get your recipes analyzed? Because your preparation of food determines whether you get the full health benefits from them or not. Therefore, monitoring the ingredients and quantity before or during cooking helps control what we put inside our body and ensures a mindful eating experience by battling any unnecessary stress.

We also provide a rating card which indicates your proper nutritional intake, based on our recipe analysis. Have your favorite recipes analyzed and rated by our nutrition professionals.

How We Accurately Calculate Your Meal Nutrition

Our in-house Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) has developed a unique system of rating and analyzing your favorite recipes by assessing their impact on your health.

Called Food Coach, this system enables meals to be classified into colored dots, instead of branding any food as strictly healthy or unhealthy. The classification uses colored dots like green, yellow, green-yellow, and red to measure the overall nutritional value of your meals.

Further, it lists the meal’s nutritional, clearly delineating its harmful or beneficial effects on your health, with a detailed recommendation on how to consume it for optimal health.

Our aim is to bring awareness about healthy and unhealthy qualities of foods so that consumers can decide what is best for them.

A colored dot food rating does not mean that you should not eat these foods; instead, it tells you to be mindful of the quantity and frequency with which you consume it.

We aim to eliminate the stress related to counting calories and implement a constructive outlook towards eating healthy food that you like.
