Meet the Nutripledge Founder

Shraddha Chaubey - Nutripledge Founder

I’m Shraddha Chaubey, founder of Nutripledge, and I’m deeply committed to helping individuals and families make intentional, heart-healthy, plant-based food choices. At Nutripledge, my pledge is simple: to guide you toward optimal nutrition and overall wellness through evidence-based, practical, heart-focused nutrition strategies.

As a Registered and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and an accredited member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics—the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals, I personally deliver all Nutripledge services. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make informed, sustainable food choices that support your heart health, lifestyle, and long-term well-being.

I earned my graduate degree in Food and Nutrition from Oklahoma State University and completed a coordinated dietetic program at the University of Alabama. Since beginning my professional career in 1999, I have worked in a variety of medical and community settings, supporting individuals with diverse health goals.

I strongly believe in the healing power of whole, plant-based foods. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and no single food can meet all the body’s needs. This philosophy drives my work to redefine what heart-healthy eating truly means and to create personalized, culturally inclusive, plant-forward nutrition strategies that nourish the whole body.

Through Nutripledge, my vision is to advance health and wellness by sharing science-backed, heart-focused, plant-based nutrition guidance that fits real life with real foods.
