Our Food Coach is a food rating system designed to help you eat healthy! The Food Coach rates your food into 1 of 4 categories:

Green Dot Foods:

 Green dot-rated foods are health-promoting foods that provide a healthy balance of macronutrients and micronutrients with minimal calories.

Yellow Dot Foods:

Yellow dot-rated foods have a healthy balance of these vital nutrients and are moderate in calories.

Green-Yellow Dot Foods:

 Green-Yellow dot foods are also balanced in health- promoting nutrients and have adequate calories to make a healthy meal.

Red Dot Foods:

 Red dot foods are not necessarily bad foods, but they may not have the right balance of nutrients or may have too many calories. These foods aren’t ones that you should necessarily avoid, but instead, you should eat these with caution.
