Xanthum gum is used as a thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier. It is generally considered safe, but some people can experience digestive issues, such as increased gas and bowel movement.
Zero fiber: Milk usually does not provide fiber. A diet rich in fiber is essential for keeping the digestive system healthy and reducing the risk of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. Ensure to include other plat-based whole food in your daily diet to get the fiber you need. Dietary guidelines for Americans recommend 2-=30 grams of fiber everyday.

However, please note that no food is perfect. You need to add a verity of foods from all food groups ( Whole grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Protein and very little added oil, sugar and sodium to promote overall heath and wellness.
