Simple baked potatoes are moderate in calories and full of health-promoting nutrients. It is a great balance of healthy carbohydrates, fat, protein, and dietary fiber.
INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oven to 400° F. Wash sweet potato and bake it until tender for about 40-45 minutes. Baking time and temperature may differ depending on the oven. Make a slit at the top of the sweet potato. Top with a little sprinkle of cinnamon powder and chopped pecans. Enjoy warmth and eat with intention, responsibility, and confidence!
